The 'Mad Mayo Man'
#4 MOST WANTED
Suspect's actual name is still unknown, their alias: 'Mad Mayo Man'.
This suspect, during 2013-2015 was San Andreas' Most Wanted, ranking in the top 10 Most Wanted in the United States.
The Mad Mayo Man was behind a major Cyber Intrusion against the Federal Investigation Bureau in 2013, and was one of 2 criminals behind a planned 'Terrorist Attack', on American Soil in 2014 - The attack consisted of having a Military Titan hijacked, (one which happened to be carrying a huge bomb), and it was flown over the Pacific Ocean, just over a mile off of the Southern S.A. Coastline. The (non-nuclear), bomb was remotely detonated once it was purposefully flown into the ocean. The Explosion was so immense, that it caused a tsunami-like tidal wave, which caused over $2bn of damage to the lower elevated parts of Southern Los Santos.
In 2015, the Mad Mayo Man, was for the most part, 'off-the-radar', supposedly avoiding detection from the United States Department of Justice, though many other Government Agencies, (Federal & Civilian), were all focused on locating the suspect, but with such little knowledge on who the 'Mad Mayo Man', actually is, failed in locating him.
However, in March of 2016, the 'Mad Mayo Man', supposedly claimed responsibility of the Murder of FIB Agent & former Governor of the State of San Andreas; Jay Martin. Jay's car was shot at, and his radio, as a result, was badly damaged, rendering it useless, meaning that Agent Martin was unable to call for backup, once his car was rammed into an Alleyway in Downtown Vinewood.
Transmissions were able to be recovered from the radio once forensics arrived on scene, almost 2 hours later, and it became apparent, Jay was being shot at with several automatic weapons, leading the Bureau to the belief that this was a 'gang related crime', as Downtown Vinewood, at the time, was seeing an increase in gang-related violence. However, Mr Martin, having only his pistol on him at the time, wasn't able to defend himself, and he was shot and killed.
The Federal Investigation Bureau has been investigating this incident since it occurred on March 6th, 2016, and yet, no official conclusion as to who killed the former State Governor has yet been drawn, though online chatter indicated that the 'Mad Mayo Man', was behind the killing of Jay Martin. Various Government Agencies have been trying to trace the Mad Mayo Man, after the 2014 Terror Attack, however, he still hasn't been located. The cases on almost all crimes relating to this fugitive, are still open and on-going to this day. Some people suspect that Ryan Rollins may be the Mad Mayo Man, but there are no solid leads about that.
